More specifically, MMC is a managing general underwriter of employer stop-loss coverage, providing a full range of services: underwriting, policy binding, contract issuance, premium collection, and claims payment—all completed in an efficient and timely manner. This we attribute to our staff, known for its excellent customer service skills and responsiveness.
Our home office is in Blue Bell, PA. We also have satellite offices in Grand Rapids, MI; Charlotte, NC; and Columbia, SC.

MMC’s claims department is equipped to handle all claims in a timely manner. Our claims staff, with over 50+ years of experience, is devoted to creating and maintaining a solid working relationship with our partners.
MMC provides a claims kit to assist our TPAs with claims submissions. MMC also helps our clients by referring them to preferred discount vendors, case managers, cancer networks, pharmaceutical specialties, transplant networks, and long-term care facilities.
