Licensing

All brokers and Third Party Administrators are required to be appointed by our carrier(s) for the states where the groups are located.  This includes all entities or individuals who receive commissions, sell or assist with any contracts underwritten by MMC.

Submissions for appointment should include:

•    Completed TPA questionnaire.
•    Copy of license in the applicable state.
•    E & O policy
•    Fidelity Bond
