Montgomery Management's claims department is equipped to handle all claims in a friendly, timely manner. Our staff is devoted to creating and maintaining a solid, working relationship with our Third Party Administrators. It is our goal to establish a trusting and reliable partnership between your TPA and our claims department.

Montgomery Management provides a claims kit to assist our TPAs with any claims submissions. The following forms are available for filing specific and aggregate claims with MMC:

A List of Potential High Dollar Diagnoses.
An Advance Notice of Excess Claim report.
An Initial Specific Excess Claim Request for Reimbursement.
A Supplemental Specific Excess Claim Request for Reimbursement.
An Aggregate Excess Insurance Monthly Claims Report.

Montgomery Management can provide your TPA with preferred discount vendors, case managers, transplant networks, and long-term care facilities. Please contact us for a list of these providers.
