Anne Marie McCarthy, President and CEO
Ms. McCarthy has
worked in the self-funding industry for 15+ years. She started her
career working for a third party administrator in 1988. In 1990, she
took a position as Senior Stop Loss Auditor for a carrier. Ms. McCarthy joined Montgomery Management in July 1991. She
was promoted to Manager of Claims and Contracts in March 1997 and
subsequently to Director in March of 1998. Ms. McCarthy became
Montgomery's Chief
Operating Officer in 2003, and was promoted to President and CEO in
July 2004.
Ms. McCarthy graduated from Montgomery College with a degree in communications. She has completed courses of the CEBS program
through The Wharton School of Business and has industry designations
for completing HIAA and LOMA course work.

Carrie Staab, Chief Underwriting
Officer
Ms. Staab began her career at an MGU in 2001, where she was an underwriter and claims analyst for a prescription drug program. In
2003, she was promoted to stop-loss underwriter and remained in this
position until she joined Montgomery Management in January 2005.
In January 2006, she was named Director of Underwriting and in
August 2008, she was promoted to Chief Underwriting Officer.
She
has a BBA degree from Temple University, where she dual majored in
Risk Management & Insurance and Human Resource Management. In
2004, Ms. Staab received her MBA degree with a concentration in
Insurance and has completed three of eight courses toward her CEBS designation.

Lisa Schneider,
Senior VP of Underwriting
Ms. Schneider has worked in the
group insurance field since 1984. She entered the Prudential
Insurance Company Management Trainee program in 1984. She
successfully completed this program in the AARP Claim Department. In
October 1987, Mrs. Schneider transferred to the Prudential Central
group Operations where she began her training in group underwriting.
She joined Montgomery Management in August 1991 as Senior
Underwriter. She was promoted to Manager of Underwriting in March
1996 and promoted to Director of Underwriting in March 1997.
Mrs. Schneider graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1984 where
she earned a BA in business and economics. |

Chris Cooper, Executive Vice President of Sales
Mr. Cooper has worked in the self -funding industry for 18 years. His insurance career began in 1985 with Employee Benefit Administrators in the position of Sales Manager and was promoted to Vice President.
He then joined Employee Benefit Plan in 1991 as the Vice President of Marketing where he was responsible for the sales and marketing results for five satellite offices. In 1993, he founded Titan Intermediaries, Incorporated. His company was developed as a full service insurance agency through which Third Party Administrators, brokers and employers could receive stop loss coverage proposals from a number of carriers provided through a single source.
Mr. Cooper joined Montgomery Management in August 2003 as the Vice President of Sales. He graduated in 1979 from Ohio State University where he earned a BA.

Ted Sardinia,
Vice President of Sales
Ted Sardinia has been in the insurance business for 26 years. After
graduating from Canisius College in 1979, he started his
insurance career with The Hartford Insurance Group on the
individual side. After two years, he transferred to the group
department. In 1986, Ted became the Regional Sales Manager and
later the Regional Sales Director for Life of Georgia/ING.
Ted was an affiliate partner marketing stop loss in the
Southeast for Alliance Underwriters before joining Montgomery
Management in 2006. Ted will continue to cover the Southeast for
Montgomery Management.
